How to DIY Creative Happy Birthday Banner and Balloon Card

Instead of buying the birthday cards sold in the store, you can create some nice handmade cards for your family and friends. Here is a DIY tutorial on how to make a happy birthday banner and balloon card. It is so beautiful and easy to make. Here are the things you will need:

• Construction paper of various colors;
• Template;
• Cord;
• Glue;
• Knives;
• Scissors;

Instructions:

1. Print out the template;
2. Cut out the letters;
3. Glue the letters to the cord to make the banner;
4. Cut different sizes of circles and triangles;
5. Glue the triangles and cord to the circles to make balloons;
6. Glue the banner and some of the balloons to the card;
7. Make some paper strips folded as shown in the photo, attach them to some of the balloons and glue to the card. This will create the pop-up effect for the balloons.
