I often look for quick and healthy lunch solutions for my kids. Lunches that aren’t too complicated to make during the morning rush. Lunches that are easy to pack in the lunch box. Lunches that the kids will like…but are also nutritious and healthy! This pizza buns recipe is exactly what I want.

What a creative idea to make a unusual pizza in a bun shape! Not only dose it have a nice presentation, it is also delicious and easy to prepare. all you need is bread dough, pepperoni, tomato sauce and cheese. You may add some vegetables and mushroom if you like. It’s perfect for an easy appetizer, a work/school lunch, an after school snack, or for a picnic.
