DIY Origami Kusudama Decoration

The Japanese kusudama is a paper model that is usually created by sewing or gluing multiple identical pyramidal units (usually stylized flowers folded from square paper) together through their points to form a spherical shape. Here is a nice DIY tutorial on how to make an origami kusudama decoration. It’s very simple to make. Kids will have fun making this spectacular craft. When it’s ready, you can hang it for a nice decoration in the room. You can also insert an LED light into it and it becomes a glowing ball that looks so beautiful. Happy crafting!
