We spend one third of our lives in bed, so it’s very important to keep our mattresses fresh and clean. But most people seem to clean their mattresses far few time. Unlike fitted sheets, duvet covers and other bedding accessories, which can be washed in the washing machine quit often, mattresses are too big or cumbersome to fit into a washing machine and hence very difficult to clean. As time goes by, the mattress will have buildups of sweats, spills, dust, dust mites and even bed bugs, making it a dirty place which you might not realize.
