Cleaning Hack – How to Clean Headlights Using Toothpaste

If you own and drive a car, you already know that every part of a car is very important and needs regular maintenance. Headlights are one essential part of any car, but over time they will turn yellowish and become hazy or cloudy. Foggy headlights reduce the amount of light that get through, make things less visible to the driver and become a safety issue. Cleaning headlights regularly will help you maintain a much safer drive.

If your car is having the same issue, here is a super quick and cheap fix to make your lights shiny and bright again. All you need is toothpaste and baking soda. Toothpaste can not only clean your teeth, it can also clean foggy headlights almost as well as other more expensive products. Just mix some baking soda and toothpaste and then spread it on your headlights. Use an old brush to rub the entire headlight cover vigorously. When the toothpaste is dry, wipe off with a cloth and warm water. Although this method is not permanent, it doesn’t take much effort and the result is great. Follow the video below and see how to do it. It really works!
